KMCT Confluence 2026 is the annual research conference of KMCT Group of Institutions, organized by the Directorate of Research. It aims to bring together academicians, researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, industry experts, and students from diverse disciplines.
The conference will serve as a platform for advancing interdisciplinary dialogue through innovative research, expert discussions, and emerging developments in health sciences, technology, and MedTech, with the goal of improving healthcare outcomes. The theme for this year, “From Lab to Life: Interdisciplinary Translational Research for Healthcare Innovations,” focuses on advancing translational research by transforming scientific discoveries and laboratory findings into real-world healthcare applications through interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation and clinical integration.
Established in 1999, KMCT Group of Institutions is a leading educational and healthcare group in Kerala with campuses in Calicut, Malappuram and Kasaragod districts. Even in its first edition, KMCT Confluence 2026 aims to bring together eminent experts and thought leaders from the fields of healthcare and technology to discuss how interdisciplinary integration and close collaboration can drive transformative healthcare innovations. Another highlight of the conference is the Best National Level Translational MedTech Research Paper Award, carrying a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh, along with other prestigious research excellence awards.
